Why should I be a registered user at AGOLDE?

By becoming a registered user at AGOLDE, you will have access to check on the status of your order, as well as create your own profile. This will allow you to store your friends' and family's addresses for a quick and easy checkout when sending them a gift.

Why do I have to provide my e-mail address and phone number?

If for any reason we find something suspicious regarding your order, our customer representative will contact you to verify your information.

How do I change or cancel or my order?

If for any reason you need to change or cancel after placing the order, please contact our Customer Service Department 1 (323) 923-1250 as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order. Please click here and follow the return process to exchange or receive a refund.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirming your order and another one when your item has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently AGOLDE will only be shipping within the United States. International shipping will be available at a later date.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When will my item be shipped?

Orders will be shipped out same day if orders are placed Monday - Friday before 1 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed on weekends or after 1 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed next business day. Please note: for customer protection, all orders are subject to review and delay may occur. Please take into consideration weekends and holidays when selecting delivery date.

How do I track my order?

To check on the status of your order please log into your account here. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do offer gift cards. Send your friends and family a AGOLDE gift card. Your special someone will receive a virtual gift card.

Returns & Exchanges

AGOLDE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept the purchased item for refund or exchange within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Defective or unworn merchandise must be returned within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only merchandise purchased from https://www.agolde.com/ will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

Return Process

AGOLDE offers free standard shipping and returns. For your convenience, a one time pre-paid return label is included in every package. Please note each order is only entitled to one free return label. Please follow instructions below and call our Customer Service Department 1 (323) 923-1250 or email eshop@agolde.com with any questions.

Return or exchange instructions using our free return label:

  1. Complete the return portion on the invoice that is included in the package. Please advise a reason for the return and place the completed form in the box. Pack and seal your box securely in the original box if possible.
  2. Use the provided pre-paid return label and place it on the package.
  3. Take your package to any authorized FedEx location.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your package. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your refund has been issued.

Return or exchange instructions without using our prepaid return label at your expense:

  1. You can send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept return COD, and AGOLDE will not issue a refund for return shipping costs if you choose to return at your own expense.
  2. Complete the return form included in your package, or log into your account and follow the appropriate steps to print another copy.
  3. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.

Exchange Process

We will ship and exchange your item using free ground shipping method once the returned package has been received. If you need to expedite your exchange, please call our Customer Service Department at 1 (323) 923-1250 to inquire expedited shipping or place another online order for the new item(s). Please allow a few days for us to receive your package and to process your exchange. Our Customer Service representative may reach out to you to reconfirm your exchange request and if any additional payment is needed.

Return/Exchange A Gift

If you are returning a gift that was purchased on this website, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (323) 923-1250. Please have your order number ready before speaking to a representative (order number is stated on the packing slip). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you do choose to return the gift item, an email will be sent to you with a new credit code.


Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit my not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
